What are the first rooms to updates?

We always have clients asking about renovation and having a hard time knowing where to start. always the first two rooms we recommend to be updated when people are questioning? The kitchen and bathroom, every time. In a recent project, the kitchen and bathroom were the only updated rooms in this outdated home and yet we still chose it. Just a testament to a good bathroom and kitchen, Also that sunrise light 💫
