Logan Square Apartment

We strongly believe that where ever you live it should feel like home. We were able to do this for a friends’s Logan Square Apartment. Obviously with apartment living there are limited things that can be done but it’s amazing how a little paint and fresh art and furniture can transform a space!

Why are all Chicago Apartments Blue?



It seems like all Chicago apartments we have ever walked into, they are either blue or yellow! So when getting a landlord to agree to repainting the space it’s important to pick a neutral color. See below how we transformed the space with Benjamin Moore Simply White but even a light grey like BM Revere Pewter or BM Collingwood are easy sells to your landlord to freshen up the space.

Tiny Space… No Problem

For this typical 8’-0x10’-0” bedroom we kept it simple. There was not a lot of room for a regular sized night stands so we went with smaller end tables instead. Then instead of a floor lamp we got smaller table laps for either side of the bed. And it’s amazing what a good headboard can do to add to the texture of the room.
